Limpol – how to run a business in the time of pandemic?
In the first place, we have to keep calm. No rash decisions should be taken, and we should not give in to panic. On the other hand, our actions should be quick, while analysis and anticipation should be involved – says Oksana Lubowiecka, the President and owner of Limpol Sp. z o.o. to the www.portalspozywczy.pl service.
– On March 13th, I made a decision that our entire 30-person team would be doing their work from home. We have prepared our daily action plan, an agenda of meetings on an instant messenger, and we have agreed upon the conversation times. We refer to theses as “our rituals”, and we have been taking care of them. We have very quickly and flexibly switched to this new method of operation. As a company active in the food industry we cannot complain of the lack of work, yet we are well aware of the fact that at present not everyone is so privileged. However, we also face problems resulting from the current situation – says Oksana Lubowiecka, the President and owner of Limpol Sp. z o.o.
She also acknowledges that this year is going to be different than expected.
– We work at full steam, and we stimulate each other. We are preparing various scenarios for the future, looking for new solutions, and getting prepared for the time of pandemic. We have also been trying to help those in need. We have joined in different charity campaigns, as well as being initiators of some of them. Like everyone else we all dream about the return to normality. What next? Time will tell – adds Oksana Lubowiecka.
